New Construction and Remodels

Our expert staff will help you through the entire design and building process. We can help you choose a plan from a vast selection of designs. Alternatively, we will work with you in crafting a plan that is all your own, at no extra charge. Together we will visit your proposed site to make sure it's suitable for your chosen plan, assist you with permits and help find quality trades people to construct your home. We offer help and support throughout the home design and building process, in addition to delivering the highest quality building materials available.

Once you have settled on a design that you like, we will provide you with a high detail preliminary plan as an initial step in our new home builder program.  This preliminary plan will show floor plans and elevations from all sides. Using the latest computer technology we will take any revisions or changes to your preliminary plan and incorporate them into the production of professional construction blueprints. These blueprints will meet local planning permission requirements.

Custom design for us does not mean changing a few interior walls; it may range from creating a unique plan, making major structural changes to an existing plan, or simply moving windows to take full advantage of a view. Whatever you want, the NDRS team can deliver.
